Evolved Freeze-Dried Candy Refund Policy

Returns:

Evolved Freeze Dried Candy does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns.

If there are any issues with your order, then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team.

Refunds exclude shipping costs.

Damaged items:

All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in mint conditioner. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged. 

Evolved Freeze Dried Candy offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption.

To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package", you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of your order can be made within 24 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
